OCBS has been in business since 1992. Our employees have over 27 years of experience in the account receivable billing (A/R) industry.  We take pride in bridging the gap between our clients and their consumers and offering excellent customer service.


In January 2017, Michelle Gallino purchased the business from Patricia Webster. It was at that time; Michelle rebranded the company and expanded the marketing region


We are dedicated to excelling in customer service, liquidation of A/R, and compliance.
